The flights with Finnair were not as good as in the past. The outward one from LHR was about an hour late (no explanation given), and the one out of Xian was about 2.5 hours late. The staff are kind, and I just made my transfer at Helsinki in time.

Excellent service. I know you are a large company but at all times we felt like we were getting personal attention and over and above what we expected.
