The latest sky-high addition to Phnom Penh nightlife, Eclipse is the tallest bar in the city, with beyond-breathtaking views of the bustle below. Although pricey by Cambodian standards, it’s a great place to spot local sights including the Royal Palace, and is as welcoming to families as it is to loved-up couples. The original Pub Street party venue (and still the best), it prides itself on ‘promoting irresponsible drinking since 1998’, so if you want to let your hair down after a day’s sightseeing, this is the place to be.
