Molly Smith arranged my trip so well. She arranged for people to meet me every step of the way and made certain I knew who I could contact in case of problems. As a 72-year-old solo woman travelling to a country that had recently seen some political unrest, I never once felt in a vulnerable position. I will have Molly on speed dial for my next big adventure!

Billy Gardner was in constant contact when our flights were delayed and cancelled. He ensured that alternative flights were organised so we made the connection for our safari! I previously thought I could make bookings myself more cheaply so I was pleasantly surprised when you actually came out at exactly the same cost and in some instances cheaper

We had a problem when arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport as nobody was there to meet us. Apparently Leopard Tours had not been advised of our new flight time. This meant we did not get to our hotel until 5am which was not a great start given we started the trek the following day

I have used DialAFlight for many years. They are reliable and efficient and whilst fares sometimes appear cheaper on the internet it is better to deal with people direct. I have always recommended my safari clients to use them.

I would not fly with Kenyan Airlines again. They lost my luggage for 4 days and I had to buy clothes. They actually off loaded about 20 pax luggage in NBI as Precision Air was full
