The adventure starts from the Kleinbaai Harbour, east of Danger Point, from where you move towards the Pearly Beach area to find the highest concentration of Southern Right whales which come to these calm bays every year from July to December to either, calve and nurse their young or to mate.

After spending time with these magnificent creatures you move on to Dyer Island to view the African penguins as well as various other seabirds.
