Holiday was brilliant. Hotels were lovely, flights great, transfers brilliant. Couldn't fault it in any way. Best part was the Grand Canyon helicopter flight that Arthur booked for us. We have always booked with Tui. But will definitely be booking with DialAFlight next year.
One hotel was poor and we believe it would be in your interest to drop it.

The Vancouver hotel was massive and really a stopover for cruise ship passengers and the forecourt was very overcrowded every morning so not ideal. American Airlines was horrible. Air Canada was great

I had issues with the meals as I am live raw food, no gluten and no dairy, so, actually vegan doesn’t works for me… There’s no option for that when managing the reservation.
Seymour did a great job. Would not recommend The Hilton Waikiki Beach. Not a great hotel, average service. They took my master card for the resort fee ($315 plus tax), we took a $3 water from the mini bar and charge one ice coffee to the room. They have put through a charge of $431 !
As always perfect in every way, great holiday, fantastic hotel recommendation, caring communication - pre hols and post hols checkin.
We would suggest that any future clients should be aware that there is a resort fee at the Royal Hawaii Resort charged at $42 per day per room which we were not aware of and this was charged whether or not the listed facilities are used also flights into and out of Hawaii carry a fee for luggage booked into the hold of the aircraft and the fee for our luggage was $105 each way for 3 pieces.
Kept me informed throughout, even calling me when BA cancelled our flight. A great holiday safe in the knowledge that all our flights were secure.
Recommended flying Air Canada for my trip and have to say one of the best airlines I've flown with!

Overall a great deal, helpful staff and generally positive experience. I would mention that updating the app would be helpful, as we had to chase this a few times. Also some information about lounges would be great - we had business/first class tickets and had to pay for a lounge on one of our flights which was a bit annoying.
Our holiday was excellent. Adam arranged everything for us, kept us up to date with entry requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. A small hiccup in San Francisco but Adam replied to our email immediately and sorted everything out.
Jerry provided amazing service throughout. We got exactly what we wanted - flights, accommodation etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The personal service from DialAFlight is head and shoulders above ‘high street’ travel providers.
We had to change our flight back home because of the covid19 situation. I phoned the emergency number and a very nice young man named Shane sorted out our change of flights. So glad I booked with DialAFlight.
