Your service was great - Aer Lingus in Manchester not great. Told to check in 3 hours before but check in only opened 2 hours 30 before. Rude staff who ignored priority/business line. Layover at Dublin at both ends too long.

The only issue we encountered was with the hire car company. The car wasn't ready for us, it wasn't what we had requested and the tyres were unbalanced which created an annoying vibration between the speeds of 30 and 50mph!
