Always a good experience booking through DialAFlight. Great customer service and good recommendations for flights. Pleasingly low prices too. I love the fact I can ring for help/advice if I have any queries.
We had a great time, lots of lovely views, wildlife and hotels. The only issues we had were out of the control of DialAFlight, such as British Airways promising to deliver luggage to Cusco but leaving it at Lima.
Always impressed by the service. Will continue to use for all my trips to Ecuador.

Always good service - never been disappointed. This is my fifth or sixth time I've used DialAFlight. It's so nice to speak to someone who can answer all your questions and know you can ring at any time for support from a pleasant and efficient team member.
We forgot to check In online for the return journey. Assumed we couldn't, only to find all 6 seats apart from 2 dotted all over the plane for flight from Bogota to London.
Gavin always understands exactly what I want, and delivers. Quick, no fuss, good price and the reassurance of actually talking to a real person! Recommended flights were excellent (Avianca) though some people may find the food limited - good quality, but not a great quantity. As I have a small appetite, this wasn't a problem for me. Otherwise, perfect.
