I have written to Michelle separately, but she and her team were once again outstanding - including a call on the evening before departure to ensure we had everything we needed. The holiday itself was excellent - the only downside was a horrible extended, noisy out of control family on the Jet 2 home and they were utterly beyond the control of us all!
