I recommend you all over the place. Your service is always superb, you communicate clearly and helpfully, and are there if there's a problem. Easiest five stars I've ever given.

As always, Michelle and her team performed perfectly. There were problems but they were entirely due to Swiss Air/ ZRH rather than at this end. So it has made me rethink my choice of Swiss Air/ZRH but I will continue to depend on DialAFlight for all my travel arrangements, that’s for sure.

A big thank you is in order for your  part in  our trip to Florence, it was a big success.  We could not have asked for more from a city hotel than Hotel Berchielli which  delivered on all levels. It was one of the quietest city hotels I have stayed in and a great breakfast buffet each morning. All the staff were excellent - a very high standard all round.  I would most certainly recommend it.   Two other recommendations we would give  for lunch or dinner are  "Angiolino"  www.casatrattoria.com and "La Grotta Guelfa" www.grottaguelfa. Both serve very good authentic local dishes.

Everything was just as Nicole planned for us. The car hire was especially convenient. Avis, was located right at the airport.
