Everything fine apart from the inefficiency of Lufhansa, who after starting 10 minutes late, left us on the tarmac at Heathrow for 20 minutes, took 25 minutes to get us onto the tarmac at Frankfurt, before making us wait again before they brought a ladder to get us off the plane. Unlike British Airways, who tend to be worse, they did at least apologise. Good to see national stereotypes broken after all this stuff you hear about German efficiency. At least DialAFlight did a good job.
Nothing to do with you, but I thought it was pretty awful flying with BA to Frankfurt. OK not to serve any drinks or snacks for free on the flight, but not OK that BA do not accept cash if you want a bottle of mineral water!
As an anxious traveller (anxious about making connections) I really appreciated the personal call before travelling.

Please don't book me to fly Lufthansa again. They were delayed and didn't inform us until quite late in proceedings. The delays happened flying out and returning.
