Service and communication is excellent
We perhaps should have looked harder at our return flight options as they resulted in an exhausting day and very late return for senior citizens, but that was essentially our problem.

You might tell the head of Lufthansa that they should apologise when they get their passengers to their destination 60 minutes late rather than just casually saying 'we were a little late starting, thank you for your understanding'.
Everything was good and stress free
Not your fault but Lufthansa allowed 50 min between landing in Frankfurt and take off to Dresden. Walking at a brisk pace I got to security with 10 min to spare and missed the plane. Lufthansa got me on the next one 4 hours later without extra cost.
