As usual an excellent performance. The British Airways food was dreadful as always, but one does not fly them for their food. Hotel in Singapore was very central. The resort in Fiji was superb but all the meals were expensive.
Manava Suites Hotel in Tahiti was excellent, although extensive building works are being carried out. Didn't effect us as we were only there for one night

I was well prepared for the long journey and coped well with the time spent in Hong Kong Airport. As l get older however l might take advantage of the airline lounges as comfortable seating was not always available. Thank you for your advice and service.

We had excellent advice and help from Ashley with numerous queries as our travel plans developed into a significant itinerary (London - Hong Kong - Auckland - Queenstown - Melbourne - Sydney - Fiji - Singapore - London). Ashley worked hard to find us direct flights at a keen price and effectively saved us a day of travel in transit which other travel agents offered on their routing. We found DialAFlight were able to offer a wider range of flight options than other major flight specialists and all at keen prices. Definitely you are our travel agent of choice and we used you again to include my sister on part of our itinerary which also worked very well.

Richard was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with changes to my journey. He was looking at hotels for me in South Korea as my flights had changed, but instead informed me that I had been offered an extra night free provided by Korean Air. He was very friendly and promptly answered any questions I had. I would definitely use DialAFlight again and fly with Korean Air as they were also really good.
