Takes the strain out of travelling especially with linked flights.
No problem with DialAFlight but extremely disappointed with Air Canada in every respect.
Not enough transfer time between flights which was stressful and I emailed for advice and never received an answer

Air Canada cancelled my outward flight and I arrived 36 hours late at my destination. Not your fault at all, but I will think hard about flying with them again.

Your service was great. However BA flight into Vancouver delayed, missed onwards connection. No information from BA on arrival or help. WestJet had rebooked me for the next day but only found out by accident. Overnight stay required in Vancouver.
Change over at Vancouver very tight. Was advised to take earlier flight from Victoria which I did.
Brilliant, took all the stress out of getting to Cnada at 48 hours notice.

When people fly with Air Canada they need to know that they need an ipad to see any entertainment, you can hire one from them for £10. Also any alcohol has to be paid for. Anything you buy or hire you have to pay by credit card something I and a lot of people would not want to do. We were not informed of this when we booked so had a nine hour flight with no entertainment.
Excellent as always
Unlike all the other Canadians we met on our visit to their country Air Canada staff were brusque and unfriendly. Furthermore, the food offered was not up to the standard provided by their partner, Lufthansa.
I would like to thank Mason and Rebecca for getting me upgraded at short notice to Business Class for my return journey from Vancouver. It made such a difference being able to lie back comfortably and I will certainly recommend you to my friends and family.
