Our flights with Air France to Ottawa were fabulous. They were all on time even though there was a global "IT glitch" on Friday 19th July, the day we commenced our return journey. The DialAFlight app is handy, a one stop shop for everything you need. Stuart and Graham always available to answer any questions you might have. Would book with DialAFlight again.

Flights with British Airways are very challenging. On our flight to Atlanta we had a very selfish passenger sitting in front of me who insisted on having his chair reclined fully. when I approached the air steward his reply was complain to BA or your agent as this is a constant issue. On return flight to avoid same situation we aked for Prem Economy but it was all taken, so same thing happened, couple in front of us reclined the seat, my hot tea went straight in my lap, I would think twice before travelling with British Airways.

This was my first time using DialAFlight and Trevor Henderson and the team were amazing. Even checking in for our return flight. At 4am in the morning there was someone at the end of the phone to help. Amazing deals you can't get on the internet. Highly recommend, super efficient and friendly.
