We had problems with our flights out and internally in Canada, which was disappointing. With the benefit of hindsight the arrangements for approx one hour to transfer between arriving at Heathrow from Manchester and leaving for Montreal was always going to be very tight and BA did not cover themselves in glory. However you/we would be well advised not to rely on such a short turn around in future.

Hotel in Toronto was too far away from the airport when doing an overnight stop with 2 children. Other than that I would highly recommend this service.
