First time we've used DialAFlight after being recommended by a colleague. Phone was answered immediately and I was speaking to a really helpful and knowledgeable lady called Kennedy. She sorted my flights out exactly as I wanted and saved me an unbelievable £800 compared to booking direct. She sorted my wife's mobility scooter and special assistance at all airports. Once I'd paid she gave me the booking ref. I went straight to Singapore Airlines website and there was my booking. I was given a special 24/7 number to ring in case of any emergency.
