Very pleased with the holiday. The only slight issue was the airport transfer as they weren't kept up to date with the flight changes, but it was quickly resolved. Also I probably wouldn't get an evening flight out of KK again, as they seem to be frequently delayed due to bad weather in the evenings at this time of year..

The handover from one airline to another was very smooth and it is nice to have a named person as your contact.
We couldn’t have had better service. My daughter was taking her baby on two flights to Malaysia and Joe ensured we had seats with a bassinet and then when her partner got Covid before we were due to go he booked a later flight for him and he joined us a few days later. Superb service all round.

The brief I gave to Dexter was: 'We want a holiday searching for orangutans and then a beach holiday. ' I then got all the options without having to search myself. Our holiday was fabulous, we loved all the hotels and the travel arrangements in between locations were seamless. PS. I’m an ex-travel consultant and am totally happy to finally sit back and let someone else do the work.
