Our teams are working flat-out juggling and shuffling flight and holiday bookings, but your Travel Manager or a member of their team can still be reached at the end of the phone. They are available to help rearrange, reassure and answer any questions you may have.
We’d like to thank you all for your loyalty, good wishes, understanding and patience, while we deal with customers who need repatriating and thousands of immediate holidays and trips which have been affected. Our Travel Managers are focused on bookings which are due to depart during May. We are also closely monitoring bookings due to depart later in the year and will be in touch with clients in due course.
DialAFlight welcomes ABTA’s recent guidance for package travel bookings, which means Refund Credit Notes are now protected by ABTA/ATOL, where the original booking had that protection.
If your booking is due to depart later than this we will be in touch with you once we have clearer instructions from the airlines and Foreign Office.
This is an ever-changing situation, and while we weren’t expecting our 40th anniversary to turn out quite like this, we have huge experience in dealing with travel crises of one form or another, having dealt with the fallout from 9/11, SARS, MERS, tsunamis and ash clouds to name but a few.
