Though we had a problem on arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, it was promptly sorted out by Curtis Kriton and the money was refunded on our return.
Everything well organised except we didn’t get vegetarian meals on the flight as was told they were not informed! BA not great - will not be flying with them again

Flight cancelled at 8 hours notice and rerouted via Turkish Airlines which lead to our baggage arriving 5 days later. Not your problem though.
Efficient and helpful as ever
For connecting KLM flights hold luggage does not need to be collected between flights. Our stopover hotel was further from the airport than expected, would have preferred a hotel closer to the terminal.

Only minor hiccup was that I didn't get diabetic meals as requested, but that is a taste preference not a medical need, so no real issue.
The staff were very helpful and gave me useful suggestions which made my urgent and short trip run smoothly.
