The Red & Blue Design Hotel was excellent, highly recommend very close to the centre with plenty of restaurants close by. Definitely would book through your company again. A wonderful experience.

A small point, but we hadn't picked up that the Belmond would close its outdoor pool at the end of November. So we only had it for 2 days. Beautiful view and nice town but obviously everywhere rather off season.

However, excellent as your service is, we had a serious problem over the Enterprise Car Hire when we got to Nice Airport. I contracted for an Economy Ford Fiesta or similar, and on arrival they said they only had an Opel Insignia - the last type of car we needed or wanted. We had to take out expensive insurance to avoid any damage and feel we have been ripped off. It spoilt our holiday worrying about it.

Careful of booking transfers in Tenerife South. Very haphazard and in my case a failure. Better to get a taxi.
