Very personal and prompt service as always. we have used Marshall for years. However, in terms of Turkish airlines themselves we had issues checking in online which resulted in us not sitting together which is unacceptable on a long haul flight with children. I also got food poisoning from the plane meal which meant the whole return journey was pretty horrific. Nothing to do with DAF but thought I would pass this on!
