We were disappointed that our return flight was changed from Swiss air to Lufthansa and this was operated by Discover Airlines. This was mediocre at best, delayed and difficult connection. We would not want DialAFlight to book us on Star Alliance going forwards as it was not worth the business class rate. Brussels Air going out was excellent.

Delighted with your firm from the very first phone call - so much better speaking to someone when booking long haul flights. Also liked the idea of being able to phone you from Africa if anything had gone wrong

Would never again use Ethiopian Airlines as an "assisted" passenger. Left on aircraft for over one hour due to non availability of wheelchair. Tipped upside down in wheelchair to climb escalator with handler's knee in my back to push me up escalator. Very rude handlers. An experience not to be repeated.
