I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Ethiopian Air was very good. Not sure if it was a good idea to break the journey in two equal parts. Addis airport is a bit of a disaster late at night.

It might help if when advising about flights we are informed of the different seat sizes, reclines etc between the various airlines. Was pleased to be on SA Airlines but found the space more confined than I remember when I last flew with them but gather BA is even smaller! Otherwise DialAFlight did a great job at a competitive price.
