The home features a lovely tiled open-plan living area on entrance with a dining area and seating for six people, as well as a little office space, which lead into the kitchen with island and breakfast bar and stools. This sunny, well-equipped kitchen also has a great breakfast nook that opens out onto the bright, attractive pool deck.

The large master bedroom has a great bathroom with access to the pool. All bedrooms are bright, clean and well-appointed, different coloured feature walls in each room give them individuality and charm.

The sunny pool deck overlooks the verdant conservation and is very private – perfect for families wanting peace and quiet on their holiday. There is also a great games room with pool table, air hockey and a TV area, which will keep guests occupied when splashing and playing around the pool becomes just too much!

Set in Windsor Palms, this large six bedroom, two-storey home has a total of three and a half bathrooms and can sleep 12 guests at a time. The home has a large front yard and is the perfect place for young children to run around freely and safely.

The spacious living room has a large comfortable L-shape sofa that can seat all the family. Adorned with throw cushions and an antique wooden coffee table, it’s one of the preferred rooms of the house to sit and relax in. It has two armchairs for extra guests and a large flat screen TV and DVD player.

The modern corner kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the necessities. There’s also a kitchen bar with three bar stools, ideal for grabbing a quick snack, while family dining can be enjoyed in the formal dining area, where there’s room for six.

When it comes to fun, guests can head outside to the pool or enjoy the villa under cover in the great games room – which boasts a full-size pool table and an air-hockey table.

There are variety of bedrooms for guests to choose from including two king size master bedrooms - both with ensuite bathrooms, a queen size bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. Both of the king size rooms offer mirrored vanity basins, a walk-in shower cubicle, and bath. They also offer plenty of closet space and a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

A laundry room is also available to guests, and has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron, while free wireless Internet and free local calls are additional perks of the property.
