This holiday home has an open plan living space with a formal dining area, large seating area, and fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The living space overlooks the outdoor patio, which can be accessed via sliding doors.

Outside, the extended pool deck provides a large covered dining area, for those al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The upgraded heated pool and spa is surrounded by lounging space – ideal for those wanting to top up their tan.

At the front of the home is a kids’ spot, the perfect space for younger children to enjoy hours of fun, with an air-hockey table, ping pong, foosball, TV and PS3 games console. Upstairs, the older kids can make their own den in the loft area, which provides a second seating space with a 60" TV. There’s a media room too, with a large wall mounted screen, pool table and card table, providing a great space for both adults and kids to enjoy.

Bedrooms are located on the both floors of the property and include two king size masters with ensuites, three king size rooms, two twin rooms, and another twin room with two queen size beds. These bedrooms share three full bathrooms.

With 4 king bedrooms, 2 Queen and 2 Bedrooms with 2 twins beds , there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or just to stay in and take it easy. Each room has a different feel so all guests should be equally happy with their room, and all have wall mounted flat screen LED Tv’s.

The dining room and living area offers plenty of space to congregate and enjoy meals together, and the bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in your own home. (There is also a full-size washer and dryer).

You can also enjoy a game of pool in the game room, or watch a movie in the huge loft area, or leave the kids to play on the PlayStation. Or why not take a dip in the large pool or relax in the spa, even in the evening as the pool area is south facing?
