My husband, two teenagers and myself have just returned from a three week trip of a lifetime to Australia and thanks to DialAflight everything went so smoothly. We had 10 flights, stayed in five hotels and spent three nights on a cruise ship and two nights on a coral reef. The itinerary was put together by you and everything went perfectly. Carlos passes the passport test....

I wish to pass on my thanks to your sales representative Carlos for his help getting our son home from Australia after he had lost his passport. Carlos was so supportive and provided our son with his passport number and was invaluable in getting the temporary document needed to get him home. He also sorted out rescheduling his homeward flights. In these days of mediocre customer care Carlos went that extra mile to make me feel better when I was extremely worried.

Thanks for coming to my rescue...

I want to commend your organisation for the excellent service I received with my flights to Madagascar. When I was on the island and wanted to make changes to my return journey there was no Internet access available but one call to DialAflight and everything including hotel accommodation and flight provided me with an event free return in a situation that could have unravelled at any time.
