We couldn't check in online with Air France as we didn't have an "E booking" reference number. We did have flight number and customer reference but not the other 12 digit reference number that was required. However it did not pose a problem and I merely make comment of this. This was our first time on Business Class and we will certainly travel that way long distance in the future.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the service I received from our agent Aiden - we checked in for our flight that we booked on Air France - we were then informed that the flight had been cancelled - meaning we would then miss our connection in Paris to Hong Kong. Air France advised all passengers to contact the agents that had booked the flights. Aiden was FANTASTIC - he took care of everything in a really stressful situation. Within 1 hour he had rebooked us a later flight with another airline without us having to queue for hours at the Air france ticket office at Manchester Airport - amazing service - thank you
