You booked us an Intermediate 4dr hire car with Alamo who offered us a Focus and then tried to get us to agree to a 180 dollar upgrade. But Nicole had warned me about this so we refused. When we got outside the guy fetching the cars gave us a Chevrolet Impala, which was a good car and adequate for our needs - so well done.
