Everything happened as planned. In Brisbane Air NZ operate a pay as you go lounge which is useful for longer layovers. Virgin Australia will only let you in if Gold Card or First Class.

Flights well organised and timed. Chauffeur pick ups on time. Passenger assistance fine. Excellent service.

A380 Business Class is very good, the Emirates Chauffeur service a very welcome bonus and well organised. But avoid transit at Dubai if possible. The 1.5 hr was far too short, the signage is confusing and I only just boarded in time. Returning was much better with 4 hr which allowed plenty of time for shower/change etc.

Well done DialAFlight. Excellent bookings, good value, good timings, much better than I could have got for myself online and better than last year's nightmare.

First class, prompt and friendly service. Well done DialAFlight. Remember always that a key factor is finding a ticket price below what people can achieve by going directly to the respective airline websites.

It is so nice to have a person to talk to - not just booking via an impersonal computer!

Marco was patient, took time, listened to what we wanted and methodically provided me with a sensible framework to build my holiday. He achieved accommodation in Auckland at short notice in spite of an Eagles concert and world series cricket competition.

Korean airlines gave excellent service, seat pitch was very good, the only thing that needs improvement is their entertainment. Thanks for helping the trip run so smoothly.

We have had a fabulous trip to New Zealand with stopovers in Sydney and Singapore. Flights were on time and inflight service excellent. Our hotels were very comfortable, particularly the Atrium Holiday Express in Singapore. Will be doing further trips and will definitely use DialAFlight again.

Where in New Zealand: Travel articles and video interviews

What makes New Zealand special? 5 reasons to visit

1. It's Kiwi. The All Blacks. The Lord of the Rings. The Maori. The sails off Auckland. New Zealand may be hobbit-sized compared to its massive neighbour, Australia, but it's got a unique character and fiercely proud. And with two islands to explore from your flights to New Zealand, it's practically twice the holiday.  2. It's small. This is a country you can really get to know. Let us help you organise a self-drive around the country. You'll find the New Zealand locals are always keen to offer directions to the main and out-of-the-way spots. And don't let the country's small size deter you, just take a look at the sets of Lord of the Rings and you'll see this place towers with epic proportion.  3. It's multi-stop heaven. Throw in an Asian city break. Singapore, Thailand. Hong Kong. Or check out Australia and Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. The great thing about travelling across the planet is it gives you the perfect excuse for plenty of great-value stopovers.   4. It's blood-pumping. In a good way! For adrenaline junkies, New Zealand offers the thrills of your life. Bungee jumping, rafting, mountain climbing, skiing, hiking, diving. When you live in nature like this, you scream to put yourself to the test. And the tough as nails Kiwis will get your knuckles whiter than the snow on the NZ Southern Alps.  5. It's North and South. Go north for the big cities, the cool set, the latest in style. Go South for wide open spaces and a rural culture from days gone by. Hell, even better, go to both. You can in a self-drive. But whatever your taste, this country has it. Beaches, hot springs, ski resorts, walking trails, vineyards, lakes, whales and dolphins and, of course, the magnificent Lord of the Rings scenery.   Call us today to book your New Zealand flights into Auckland or Christchurch from many UK airports and to tailor-make your holiday down under. Don't forget to check out the price of our business class flights too. We can also help with hotels, car hire and a host of extras.
