The people I spoke to about booking my flights were very friendly and helpful. I received a call before my holiday just to make sure I was OK with everything. Thankyou.

Disappointed with Qantas Business class compared to Emirates who are streets ahead. Emirates service, food, and seating far better. Would not travel business class with Qantas again. Surprised Emirates have tied themselves in with Qantas.

Have used your company for nearly 10 years and had amazing service from booking to returning home. Adam was most helpful and answered any queries we had enabling us to enjoy the trip to NZ without a hitch. Would certainly recommend DialAFlight

Usual PROBLEM with Auckland car hire, offered Ford Focus rather then Toyota Camry requested, bit of a farce for four adults each with large suitcase. Now used to battle royal with Europcar. This is the third time we have had a similar problem!

There was a 6 month gap between the start and end of our trip. We were concerned as to whether all was well with Malaysian and our final return to the UK. But Malaysian worked out well, however, no flight was on time and they are - well yes - a 3 star airline! Seat space better than Emirates, cabin presentation "brusque". KLM surprised us with the very poor quality of their ground service at Amsterdam when we arrived too late for the booked final leg to the UK - took over an hour standing to see a rep and get info on re-booked flight. Excellent service from DAF and we will use you again.

Apart from check-in moving our seats around on return journey, everything else went perfectly including the hotel overnight in KL on return journey and we did not have to recover our checked-in baggage until LHR.

Cathay Pacific Premium Economy to Hong Kong rather cramped and toilets were shared with Economy passengers. Poor value for money. But Hong Kong to Auckland flights were very good. Thank you for your excellent service.

One comment only - gap between arrival at Singapore and departure pretty tight. Made it - but had to run and it's a big airport

The service by Air New Zealand on behalf of Singapore Airlines did not reach the high standards offered by Singapore Airlines themselves.

Julie was amazing. The contact to New Zealand was great. Only one small negative was we got the wrong seat on the flight when we had specified a window and got put in the middle. Not sure who's fault that was. Other than that, perfect.

Everything you need to know about Auckland

What makes Auckland special? 5 reasons to visit

1. It's Auckland. This city has it all and now you have cheap flights to Auckland too. Lush subtropical forests of hills and islands, two oceans, a modern metropolis and the brightest nightlife in the country await. You can also mingle with a cosmopolitan crowd of over a million Kiwis in the country's biggest city. And with the largest concentration of Polynesians in the world, you can expect an extra-special welcome.   2. It's the City of Sails. This aquatic jewel boasts more boats per capita than any other city. Even Monte Carlo. And you don't just marvel at them from the quayside. Race on an actual America's Cup yacht. Go white-knuckle power boating for a quick tour of the city's offshore sights. Check out the fishies through a glass bottom boat. Whatever you do, set sail, mate!  3. It's buzzing. Landlubbers lub it too! Auckland is packed with the country's major cultural sights, including galleries, museums and Maori cultural centres. There's also an exquisite wining, dining and dance-floor shining scene. And if you survive the hangovers, you can climb Maungawhau or, if not, laze on a beach or visit an island.   4. It's volcanic. Don't worry, we're talking ancient history here. What you'll see is the city's distinct topography, with ridges of lava flows forming its peaks and troughs and its many volcanic cones dotting the suburbs with islands of green.  5. It's a gateway. You've come this far. You may as well see the rest of the country. Let us help you with great value car hire to explore the sights and sounds of New Zealand's North and South islands. If it looked good on a Lord of the Rings movie screen, imagine how amazing it is in real life!  Call us today to book your flights to New Zealand and to tailor-make your holiday. Don't forget to check out the price of our business class flights too. We can also help with hotels, car hire and a host of extras.
