Owen was extremely helpful, kept in contact with progress by phone and emails. All paperwork was complete with no hiccups at the airport or hotels. We had excellent seats, the hotel in Kuala Lumpur for the stopover was perfect and the Outrigger Laguna Beach resort was 5 star newly refurbished, if anybody needs a recommendation.
