When I booked my flight through you, I was in a bit of a 'tizz' to say the least! My family had flown to Canada the day prior and I had to stay behind to sort out an expired passport issue. I was exhausted and slightly delirious! I spoke to one of your agents, an amazing guy called Nathan. When I called it was very late in the evening and our call was interrupted on several occasions as I was seeing to my little ones at the same time. Nathan was very patient and never once complained. Only problem was that I asked you to book non-meat meals on all flights. So I was given vegan meals with no dairy or egg which was disappointing and sometimes nearly inedible! My suitcase is still lost, but that isn't anything to do with your excellent service.
