Barbados harbours large Hawksbill Turtles off of Payne’s Bay Beach which is accessible by a number of local tour boats. The pointed turrets of this famous cathedral loom over the vibrant city of Barcelona forming a kind of gothic crown designed by Gaudi. The construction of this magnificent church began in 1882 and still continues, and if you climb the narrow stairways of its completed towers (or take the lift) you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, sprawling city and hills beyond.
