Hotel Atlantico Copacabana is a 4 star hotel but is a little tired. And £30 for intermittent in-room wifi over 6 days is expensive. It should be free! Lobby porters tried to scam extra money out of me by arranging inflated taxi prices to the airport - it should be 50 reals, they suggested 80 reals. All niggling things. I didn't sense a welcoming attitude from the concierge until the last day - maybe they were just glad I was going!.

Jude was great. He helped us to book and prepare everything we needed for our honeymoon. He was very helpful throughout.Unfortunately American Airlines were awful. They broke our bag and delivered it to us wrapped in tape 4 days into our honeymoon. We will definitely be working with Jude in the future - but our relationship with AA is unlikely to flourish.
