Friendly people

Nearly 25 years of booking flights, car hire, hotels and getting local advice. I fly around 6 times a year and filled my passport in 3 years so it's not just the odd flight - it's big stuff. NO complaints.

I was delighted to be on BA business class, because you got me such a good deal. But its design is stunningly bad, almost miraculously so. And the food was badly conceived, and mostly disgusting.
