Part of this fascinating Island Trek is a fairly steep climb but it becomes easier the further you travel. The informative nature walk is slightly less strenuous and does not go across the island. Pa is a delightful Cook Islander and his talks contain lots of humour and his friendliness makes your trek a memorable and wonderful experience.
