Flights all good and on time. Luggage didn't make it to Manchester via Amsterdam, sent on late following day.

Dennis was very efficient and sorted my flights out within an hour. He was on the ball enough to pick up a couple of months later that the airport we were returning from was closing and our travel schedule would need to be amended.

I had a very complex itinierary in South America in just under three weeks and my sales advisor was able to accomodate it all without hesitation. In addition, we needed to contact your offices whilst on holiday and the out of hours service was very prompt and got us the relevant documents immediately. I have returned with amazing memories of a fantastic once in a lifetime trip, thank you.

Not enough time between connections. Landed in Madrid from Quito and as plane was late, the baggage hadn't been unloaded from plane so we had to get a later flight.

Flight worked out well although took the full 3.4 hours to get through passport control and security at Miami and had to run to catch our flight. Will avoid in future if possible. .

Iberia was terrible - delays, baggage was left behind, the list goes on and now they are on strike

Flight did not went well, but not because of your arrangements because Iberia left us on ground, did not provide a hotel and we arrived 24h late without a bag that i am still waiting for.

What makes Quito special? 5 reasons to visit

1. It's Quito. Take advantage of our cheap flights to Quito and you'll immediately forget how great value they were. You'll forget other things too but that's the effect a city so spectacular can have. Flanked by volcanic peaks, dropping away to the Amazon Basin, this historic Andean city is one of the world's most striking.   2. It's got soul. Warm smiles, hot salsa music and steaming bowls of stew counter Quito 's snowy mountain air. And despite a recent citywide restoration project, Ecuador's capital still retains its indigenous character and vibrant working class. Now where else can you get that?   3. It's Unesco approved. Magical setting, colonial splendour and Incan ruins made Quito the first city to be declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In historic Old Town, superbly preserved baroque churches and monasteries exemplify the fusion of Spanish, Italian, Moorish, Flemish and indigenous influences.   4. It's got its new side. The 'new town' of Quito, called Gringolandia by the locals, is a different world. At its heart is the colourful Mariscal Sucre, with trendy cafés, international restaurants, cybercafés, bars and small hotels. It doesn't have the unique charm of the old town but there are sleek, contemporary art museums and a thrilling cable car that takes you to the rim of the volcano.  5. It's a springboard. As a major crossroads with 2 million residents, Quito is a bustling transit hub. It makes a great base to explore other essential parts of the region: forays to the jungle, the coast, the Galápagos Islands and the northern and southern sierra.  Call us today to book your Quito flights from many UK airports and to tailor-make your holiday. Don't forget to check out the price of our business class flights too. We can also help with hotels, car hire and a host of extras.
