I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Really helpful service - friendly and easy to work with. I’ve really enjoyed our holiday. Only thing that could be improved is the checking in with South American flights as the reservation code did not populate, so the ability to copy and paste this would have been a tweak that would helped.

W Hotels have a well-deserved reputation for iconic design and contemporary luxury and this W does not disappoint. With a spectacular backdrop of the snow-capped Andes Mountains and located at the heart of the city’s most fashionable barrio of Las Condes, guests will be treated to great cuisine, impressive public spaces like the immense copper panelled Whiskey Blue nightclub and a roof top pool with panoramic views.
Spa
The Tierra Paraiso Spa is a relaxed and welcoming place with four luxurious spa cabins, a sauna, steam room, therapeutic showers and relaxation zone. There is also the O2 Balance & Wellness Club, an extensive gym with everything from treadmills, bikes, free weights and weight machines to Yoga, Pilates and sparring. There is also an extensive range of classes from Spinning to personal training.
Room Description
The hotel has 196 spacious rooms that are typical of the modern W design with floor-to-ceiling windows, the signature W Bed, luxurious robes and towels, angular furniture and fully-wired for technology. The W room categories are fun and range from Wonderful Rooms as standard to the Extreme Wow Suite.
Activities
Santiago is a city bursting with modern energy yet steeped in history. Winding cobblestone streets give way to soaring skyscrapers and restaurants and bars spill onto every street corner overlooking the city’s many lush parks. For unbeatable views of the city a trip up to Bellavista and its bohemian quarter full of art galleries is a great excursion. In the centre, a tour of the Palacio (presidential headquarters) is not to be missed. Nowhere else in the world can you stroll through the corridors of power, the interior patios and gardens amid the rush of politicos. After a day of sightseeing head to the roof-top pool which runs along the edge of the hotel, offering spectacular views of the city and somewhere to sunbathe or enjoy a cocktail.
Dining
The cuisine on offer at this W is exceptional with Osaka and NoSo being two of Santiago’s best restaurants. NoSo has a menu that is influenced by classical French cooking and Mediterranean flair while Osaka offers stunning sushi and Asian inspired food with a South American twist and is ranked third out of all restaurants in Santiago according to TripAdvisor.
