We were very happy with the hotels and areas of the two cities that were chosen for us. We felt safe in those areas and they were very central for all our tourist needs. We had an amazing holiday and everything was taken care of
Transfer from hotel didn't turn up. Had to book an uber. Although local company did pay uber costs.

The Santa Catalina is excellent. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. BA service from Lisbon is terrible! They only allow you check in 2.5 hours before the flight, which is a pain when you have to leave a ship early and that leaves restricted time in the airport. Boarding was chaotic, but the flight OK except for the usual half hour delay.
