All staff friendly and very helpful. Whatever your query they have the answer. I love the pre-flight phone call to check everything is fine

Absolutely amazing. Nothing too big or small for the team to sort out. Always check that you are happy and receive a call the day before to see if everything is okay. Are prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. Simply the best. I can’t praise them enough.

My flight to Istanbul was delayed and missed my connection flight but this was by no means the fault of DialAFlight, in fact they telephoned me when I was in Turkey to make sure I got there ok - very considerate I thought, and they suggested I apply for some compensation!!
