Michelle is a brilliant agent and really goes above and beyond to make our holidays great.

Only problem that I encountered was with the transfer from the airport to the hotel not being at the designated pick up point so I had to arrange my own transfer via a metered taxi. I also arranged my own transfer from the hotel back to the airport at my preferred earlier time. Overall the holiday was excellent and I will be using DialAFlight for any future holidays.

Our trip was amazing from start to finish! Really impressed with the hotels.

Superb hotel, only thing that went wrong was the pick up from the airport who didn't show due to us being delayed.

Both understood the difficulties of travelling with kids and made it a pleasant experience for us, just by doing simple things like the times to fly to maximise time abroad, to booking private transfers so no waiting around. Great and knowledgeable travel managers.

Flight was delayed 90 minutes sitting in a packed plane full of families waiting on runway due to France AirSpace on Strike same on return flight delayed 3 hours due to French Strike, it was pretty gruelling and Jet2 gave us a small bottle of water and free KitKat - a joke!
