Everything was planned to the T

As always felt looked after from time of booking to departure. Vinnie made sure we had sorted our way through all the documents needed to fly to Germany and reassured us he would be able to get us back again if Covid rules changed. Excellent service.

It would have been helpful to have been told about the locator form which needed filling in to enter Germany. Because we had not done this online it caused a delay. Overall very happy with DialAFlight and will definitely use again.
