The flights with Finnair were not as good as in the past. The outward one from LHR was about an hour late (no explanation given), and the one out of Xian was about 2.5 hours late. The staff are kind, and I just made my transfer at Helsinki in time.

Excellent service. I know you are a large company but at all times we felt like we were getting personal attention and over and above what we expected. Even a courtesy email to remind us of the storms coming to our destination and what the implications might be. I usually book direct but I may have found a useful alternative!
