This short and different tour makes a great add on to any holiday in Cuba. Before or after experiencing the wonderful capital city of Havana, or relaxing for a few days at the plush beach resort of Varadero, you can spend three days exploring another part of this fascinating island and seeing some of the sights that many tourists miss. Two nights half board accommodation, two lunches, all transport, entrance fees and the services of a local guide are included along with memorable visits to cigar, rum and coffee factories.
You leave Havana in the morning and are driven the 50 miles to Las Terrazas where a welcome cocktail is waiting on arrival at the La Moka eco lodge where you stay for the next two nights. Then you are taken on a tour to visit the Union's Garden, the Peasant House and the Buenavista coffee plantation. After lunch take a trip around Las Terrazas finishing at San Juan River where you can have a swim. Later return to your lodge and enjoy a dinner at El Romero restaurant.
After breakfast you are taken on a full day tour to the Vinales Valley on the way stopping for two fascinating visits to a cigar factory and a rum factory in Pinar del Rio city. Take a tour of the valley before lunch and the rest of the day is free for you to explore on your own. Later return to your eco lodge at Las Terrazas and have dinner at La Fonda de Mercedes restaurant.
Your final day of the tour today, but an exciting and busy one. After breakfast at your lodge you begin a unique day excursion by sea in Cayo Levisa with a seafood lunch served on board. After this magical cruise you will met and driven back to Havana where you can stay on or take a tour to another part of this lovely island before flying home.
