What 793 customers thought of Johannesburg

The accommodation in SA was fantastic. The Qatar flights were not great. Excellent plane with reasonable legroom but the food and offhand service were shocking - to the extent that we would not choose that airline again.

Paris airport is very large and rather chaotic. It took their Assistance team 3+ hours to transfer us to Terminal 2 for our Bristol flight and my wheelchair and our suitcase got lost in the process.

I was delighted with the help received when booking and I’m very glad to say that everything with my travelling experience was first class. Fantastic customer service. Easy to book, great prices and useful app. Hire car company (Europcar, SA) have added a fuel and fuel surcharge payment to our bill, despite the fact that we filled the car up on the way to the airport. They have done the same thing to my mother previously. Sounds like a regular scam. Please can you address this issue with them.
