Fantastic customer service. Easy to book, great prices and useful app. Hire car company (Europcar, SA) have added a fuel and fuel surcharge payment to our bill, despite the fact that we filled the car up on the way to the airport. They have done the same thing to my mother previously. Sounds like a regular scam. Please can you address this issue with them.
