Hyatt Grand Central Hotel New York check in was a nightmare because of lack of staff but then great. BA ‘Cattle Class’ was dreadful with average/minus food.

Overall my experience with you was very good.
The only downside was the lack of facilities in the hotel. No tea/coffee making and no restaurant until lunchtime. I asked if I could have a chair in my room but couldn’t.

Special circumstances arose which meant changing our plans and flights. To have to cope with the airlines in an attempt to sort it out would have been stressful and no doubt distressing. Two telephone calls to DialAFlight had everything settled in a friendly and most helpful way. Full marks.

United changed flight info without notifying me.
Hotel Hugo was nice, but they added on $40 'service charge' a day. We were not told about the charge until we were leaving and there was no choice whether to pay it or not. It really is a cheek because it should just be added to the cost of the room … acting a little bit like easyJet?
