Lounge at LHR very good. No permission to use lounge at Boston on return journey - would not have been a problem except all seating in waiting area freezing from air conditioning. Needed whisky on plane to revive! Billy Gardner excellent and always available for questions from nervous elderly flyer..
One flight was described as a touchdown at Charlotte but we had to get off and change planes in the end which was a rush. BA also wouldn't let us login online either which was a nuisance.

I’m being bombarded with compensation requests as our return flight was delayed over 4 hours. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Also, I want to go to a wedding in Chile in February so would like to know the best route to take.

Dale and his team were excellent in not only booking my flight (cheaper than direct with the airline or any other comparison) but also for the peace of mind of having a real human to call/email whenever! On my return, which was changed to be expedited, Dale was flexible, fast and made a very stressful situation easy and convenient. I tell everyone I know to use DialAFlight. They are the best!
