Emma and her colleagues were so helpful planning our holiday - nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble and call backs were always prompt. My husband and I felt reassured that, should we need their help at any time while we were away, there would be somebody knowledgeable we could contact. Alamo Car Hire were also great and the Skip The Counter option worked very well.

I always feel completely looked after when I book with DialAFlight. Jim was helpful and efficient and always responded quickly to any queries. His colleague Todd helped arrange wheelchair assistance for me at the airport, which was very helpful because I'd recently injured my foot. I feel I can always depend on them whenever I need to book a flight, and I so much prefer talking to and dealing with a friendly, courteous human being than doing things online!
