Location

Created out of a beautiful ornate 1880s opera house, the Mandarin Oriental Munich is set in a quiet street in the heart of the atmospheric Old Town. Just 35 minutes from the airport, the Mandarin Oriental is a few minutes’ walk from Marienplatz and the U-bahn station, and the Residence, and close to the city’s best restaurants and designer boutiques.

Activities

The jewel in the crownof the hotel is the panoramic rooftop pool with stunning views over the city. The fitness centre offers a gym as well as a Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna, each infused with therapeutic fragrances promoting deep relaxation. Mercedes Benz bikes are available for hire (but book in advance) and there are three suggested tour routes ranging form 6km to 15km. Amour Fou Spa de Beauté is located within the hotel and offers massages and beauty treatments as well as haircare, either in your room or in their salon.
