Travel Talk

November 2022

What a Year!

What can we say, it's just over five weeks to the end of 2022, and what a year it's been here at DialAFlight. I'm guessing it's been much the same for you? We've been on full throttle getting everyone travelling again, and with more new customers gained this year than ever before, we know we are doing something right - quite a lot of things actually according to our 10,640 rave reviews on Trustpilot - and we're still answering calls in 5 seconds.

For this month's Travel Talk we have partnered with United Airlines to offer you the chance of winning a United Lounge Pass at Heathrow for your next trip - read on for more details.

A united front

Looks like United Airlines have been busy too. They’ve got huge plans to improve customer experience and sustainability so have committed to introducing a new fleet of more cost effective planes at a staggering rate of around one every three days, for the next five years. They're also upgrading and modernising all their remaining fleet to include more premium seating, better entertainment, and enough room for everyone's carry on bags.

Better connections

Did you know that United offers direct daily flights over the pond to Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York/Newark, San Francisco and Washington D.C., as well as their new daily services to Boston? Then they connect within North America to hundreds of destinations. In addition, from March 2023, they'll be increasing the popular Heathrow to Los Angeles route to a twice daily service. United certainly get our vote.

A better class

And it's easy to keep to your company budget with its four seat classes on board. From the comfortable Economy class service, complete with ergonomically designed seats, seat back, feature-rich, entertainment, and all meals and drinks included, it's a great starting point for your next US trip. Or upgrade to Economy Plus which takes it up a notch or two with extra leg room, then Premium Plus with even more space, which leads us to...

In a class of its own

United Polaris, the ultimate in business class travel, with lie flat bed, offering plenty of sleeping space, tasty, chef designed menus accompanied by award winning wines and champagnes, cool-gel memory foam pillows and luxurious Saks Fifth Avenue bedding, with sleep themed amenity kits. Flying doesn’t get any better than this. And at the airport there's dedicated check in, priority baggage handling and United Club or United Polaris lounges.

Comfort all the way

To be in with a chance of winning an exclusive United Club Lounge Pass to use when booking your next Economy, Economy Plus or Premium Plus United Airlines flight from Heathrow, then please email ClientRelations@dialaflight.co.uk by Wednesday 30th November 2022. Then you can enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the airport, take a shower, enjoy a bite to eat, or just grab a drink, it is all part of the United service ensuring you are as comfortable as possible pre and post flight.

Please contact your DialAFlight Travel Manager for flights on United Airlines.

Kind regards,
