We did have an issue while checking into the Marriott in Dubai but an email to Stan and Donovan and this was resolved

The lounge used by Air Mauritius at Gatwick was a vast improvement on the dreadful lounge used previously at Heathrow. We were informed by email of checking in procedures. Everything went very well.

Everyone is always helpful, always clear, and we had great trip all round.

Just the best service

Everything went very smoothly. We did not find our courtesy driver at the airport however on arrival. We found the office which sorted it after asking asking around. Perhaps it would be better if you could mention in your details that we needed to check in with the transfer office with details of the name of the company etc in this case " Coquille etc" in order to link up with our driver
